Will my Premium Preowned vehicle purchase come with car warranty?

Answer

Not all vehicles under Premium Preowned come with vehicle warranty. Please check with our Sales Executives based on your vehicle of interest.

Will the condition of Premium Preowned vehicle be like 'brand new'?

Answer

All Premium Preowned vehicles undergo a comprehensive 110-point check system put in place to be inspected and certified by our in-house technicians. However, please note that all preowned vehicles will definitely have some reasonable wear and tear. For a peace of mind, all customers are welcome and encouraged to head down to Premium Preowned's showroom to view their model of interest, before committing to a purchase online.

Can I request for a test drive?

Yes, all customers are welcome and encouraged to head down to the Premium Preowned Centre for a test drive.

I don’t have a credit card, can I still purchase a vehicle online?

Answer

To reserve a vehicle online, a minimum deposit of $3,000 is required, which must be paid by credit card through our website. After placing your online reservation, you will need to visit our Premium Preowned showroom within 3 calendar days to sign the sale agreement and pay the remaining deposit. The standard deposit amount is $10,000 or 10% of the vehicle's sale price, whichever is higher.

Can I get a refund after submitting my order?

Answer

No refunds will be made after successfully placing a deposit. Deposit will only be refundable if the vehicle purchased is no longer in stock. In the case of a refund, it will be processed within 10 working days. You will be notified on the details of your refund via email. Thereafter, your refund will be credited back to your credit card within the next 3 to 30 working days, depending on your credit card issuing bank.

Will I be able to trade in my existing car with you?

Answer

Yes. Once you have selected the vehicle of interest, please enter the trade-in details of your vehicle and estimated mileage for us to provide a competitive quote. Your Sales Executive will then reach out to you.

What are the financing and insurance options available for my purchase?

What other costs are there to the purchase?

Answer

There will be a $25 transfer fee payable to LTA. In addition, based the nature on the purchase – should there be a need to engage LTA's services (e.g. retention of vehicle registration number), there will be other miscellaneous costs involved.
